From the coast of the East China Sea to the pearl of the South Pacific, the technical team of Jiangsu Tianyi Aviation Industry crossed thousands of miles and arrived in Fiji to complete the delivery and on-site training tasks of the Aircraft ambulift equipment. As a representative project of China's aerospace ground support equipment (GSE) going overseas, this service not only represents the output of Tianyi products, but also is a vivid practice of China's aerospace technical service standards going global.
In response to the actual needs of the Fiji airport, the Tianyi GSE technical team has formulated a complete training plan in advance. They adopted a hierarchical training model of "in-depth theoretical explanation + practical operation drills + assessment and review", covering four core modules: basic equipment structure, operation procedures, daily maintenance, and fault troubleshooting. During the training process, the technical engineers focused on explaining the technical highlights such as the unique rear lifting platform flipping function of the boarding vehicle and the anti-slip and anti-corrosion aluminum tabletop design, in combination with the humid and salt spray-prone operating environment of the Fiji airport. They emphasized the key points of equipment maintenance and emergency handling methods to ensure that every local operator and maintenance personnel could independently operate and perform tasks in a standardized manner.
