The Conveyor Belt Loader Safety Dock System primarily consists of a controller, millimeter-wave sensors, mechanical limit switches, anti-collision buffers, signal indicators, brakes, and brake actuators.

Conveyor Belt Loader Dock Deceleration
When the Dock System switch is turned on, the VCU controller (C10) sends a signal to the brake actuator (M02) via the CAN bus, causing the bulk loader to enter snail mode, with the bulk loader speed #8804;3 km/h. When the millimeter-wave sensor (U06) detects that the distance between the bulk loader and the hatch is less than 1 meter, it sends a signal to the vehicle VCU controller (C10). The VCU controller (C10) then sends a signal to the brake actuator (M02) via the CAN bus, causing the bulk loader to enter snail mode, with the bulk loader speed #8804;0.36 km/h.

Conveyor Belt Loader Trigger Stop
When the millimeter-wave sensor (U06) and photoelectric switch (SG01) detect that the bulk loader's buffer guard is less than 500mm from the hatch, a signal is sent to the vehicle's VCU controller (C10). The VCU controller (C10) then sends a signal to the brake actuator (M02) via the CAN bus, stopping the vehicle.

When the mechanical limit switches (SX01 and SX02) are triggered, the VCU controller (C10) sends a signal to the brake actuator (M02) via the CAN bus, stopping the vehicle.

Conveyor Belt Loader Failure Protection
When the millimeter-wave sensor (U06) fails, the VCU controller (C10) cannot receive the distance detection message and sends it to the brake actuator (M02) via the CAN line, stopping the vehicle and turning the driving status indicator red. Conveyor Belt Loader Override Switch

When the override switch (S02) is turned on, the VCU controller (C10) receives the override switch on signal and sends a command via the CAN bus. This releases the vehicle interlock protection, disabling the millimeter wave sensor (U06), photoelectric switch (SG01), and mechanical limit switches (SX01 and SX02). The VCU controller (C10) then sends a message via the CAN bus to the brake actuator (M02), allowing the vehicle to travel normally.
