JSTY5050GWS aircraft sewage truck is a new type of airport special vehicle for collecting sewage and filling clean water for aircraft, which is modified from Jiangling Type II chassis. The chassis is partially modified in accordance with the product design. At the rear end of the main beam, a working platform frame is welded. On the left side of the platform frame is a staircase, which is used for staff to walk up the box for maintenance and cleaning. On the right side of the platform frame is a water pipe delivery device. On the right side of the main beam, there are water pumps, water inlet pipes, hydraulic pumps and hydraulic accessories. On the left side of the main beam, a fixed diesel tank and a hydraulic oil tank are placed.
The aircraft sewage truck is designed with a rear-mounted lifting working platform and a large-capacity cleaning and sewage tank in the middle. The vacuum pump suction system driven by a hydraulic motor (optional) and the stainless steel acid-resistant water pump driven by a hydraulic motor. The vacuum pump suction system can provide efficient and convenient suction services for the aircraft sewage tank, while the stainless steel water pump driven by a hydraulic motor provides cleaning functions for the aircraft sewage tank and the sewage tank of the sewage truck. The chassis cab of this product is flat-nose, single-row seat, two-door type, with a passenger capacity of 2. The drive type is 4×2. The volume of the clear water tank is 1.0m³, the volume of the sewage tank is 2.0m³, and the water supply flow rate is #8805;150min. The water supply pressure is 0.345Mpa. The sewage suction flow rate is 600L/min. The height of the lifting work platform from the ground is 400mm to 2800mm.
