Ranged - Crystal bow isn't too bad, but it's not the perfect weapon for somebody with your stats and money. You should at the very least create a Royal Crossbow. I really don't know how to do this because I don't have yet, but I'm told it's easy (and the Royal Xbow is a tier 80 weapon). If you're like me and cba to earn the crossbow you can always purchase a Zaryte (60Mish), it's a grade 80 weapon, requires no ammo like the Crystal bow and degrades very slowly. The tier 90 weapons are the Ascension crossbows, equally worth 255Mish every so to buy the two you'd have to devote 500M+.
Nex armours are great also, but they're definitely overkill for Slayer. I have Pernix and I do PvP and bossing with it only.
So you have already got quite a bit of advice from Aza, Fatia and Kamil, I'd just add a few things: A player with maxed stats just like you ought to be looking to have the POP (Player owned interfaces, a new D & D) armours. These come in 2 types- a superior, non tradeable edition, or a marginally weaker, tradeable edition. A significant difference is the tradeable version degrades to dust. However, these armour sets require an important quantity of time to get. Till then, I would suggest utilize the Bandos and Armadyl you have stored from the bank. There isn't much to profit from purchasing Nex sets when you'll be selling them directly after you purchase POP equipment.
Please note that all weapons and armour are now organized TIER wise, by level. Dragon requires 60, and consequently is Tier 60; Similarly Barrows is Tier 70. All weapons of the same Tier have exactly the exact same DPS- a rune scimitar is identical to some rune warhammer now. Similarly, all armour collections of the same tier have the same lifepoint bonus- Bandos armour provides exactly the same LP increase that Armadyl, or the Robes of Subjugation give.
Currently, the highest tier is level 90. You should not hesitate in the slightest, and go ahead and purchase drygore maces. On a personal note, I saved 100M, from scratch, to purchase a drygore mace and it has been a huge improvement. The Drygore mace in my view is the best to get due to 2 reasons- the first being that it's marginally more affordable than the Rapier or Longsword, the second being that it has a +9 prayer bonus.
