Laser tube maintenance:
1. Working principle: converting CO2 gas and electrical energy to a laser light output.
2. Laser wave length: 10.6um
3. Water-cooling: purified water, appropriate temperature 10-35#37417;?
4. Working environment: temperature 5-35#37417;? humidity 10-60%, clean environment, no serious pollution.
5. Working current: 26~30mA is appropriate (excessive current will affect laser power and laser tube lifetime.
6. Laser state: Laser output power will become weak when the laser tube is used after a long time. If the laser is pink, it is in normal condition. If the laser is white, it means the laser power is attenuate. (Laser tube is consumable, please change a new one when it can#37413;#27291; meet demand due to attenuation).
How to clean output window mirror of laser tube:
Please clean the exterior surface of the output window mirror with cotton swab and pure alcohol. Otherwise, the output power will be seriously affected. Below are the designated methods to clean up pollution from the exterior surface of window mirror:
1) When the mirror is polluted, do not turn on the laser machine.
2) Blow the mirror surface sideways with an air blower to remove dust.
3) Spray the pure alcohol on the mirror surface with sprayer.
4) Turn on the laser after the alcohol gets fully volatilized.
5) If the methods above don't work effectively, it is necessary to ask for the professional to use cotton swab with alcohol to clean the mirror surface from middle to edge.
6) It is better to keep the laser tube in a clean environment and prevent the window lens from being polluted.
