The frame of this series of motors adopts a thin-plate polygonal laminated structure, which has the advantages of small size and light weight. It is suitable for thyristor rectifier power supply. Under the rapid change of load current, the motor has good commutation performance. The whole set and rotor adopt solvent-free paint vacuum pressure impregnation treatment (VPI), so that the winding has good moisture resistance and mechanical strength, and excellent insulation and thermal conductivity. The armature core is made by stacking silicon steel sheets and has good magnetic permeability. This series of motors all adopt rolling bearings and do not stop the refueling mechanism. The insulation class of this series of motors is Class F.
This series of motors can be equipped with a speed measurement protection system consisting of a speed measurement generator (ZYS or ZCF), a centrifugal switch, and a photoelectric pulse sensor (SZGB type). It can also be equipped with other types and types of speed protection devices provided by users.
