Alumina wear-resistant ceramics is a special corundum ceramics made from alumina as main raw material, rare metal oxide as flux, high pressure molding and sintering at 1700 degrees.
Product features:
1.High hardness
Its hardness of rockwell is HRA 80-90, which is second only to diamond and far exceeds the wear resistance of wear-resisting steel and stainless steel.
2.Excellent wear resistant
The wear resistance is 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high chromium cast iron. Under the same working conditions, the service life of the equipment can be extended at least ten times.
3.Light weight
