Production:We have professional production line, many kinds of mould and laser cutting machine can satisfy all your needed and design to mobile pedestal.
Material: We use 20’’ stainless steel drawer rail and length 500mm full extension for Mobile Pedestal Cabinet.Others just use 17’’ and length 430mm. The difference is 0.85 USD.
Wheels: Our Mobile Pedestal Cabinet’s Wheels support frame thickness 1.2mm and each of them reaches capacity 30kgs.The total is 120kgs,so you could sit on the mobile pedestal to move, it is strong loading capacity. Others just reach 20kgs. The difference is 0.1USD.
Lock: Lock rod for Mobile Pedestal Cabinet we use aluminium alloy and we made by ourselves. Blocking lock system and its material is aluminum, which is different from other metal material. We use professional mould to make this blocking lock.
Powder coated: We use high quality powder. Our powder coating is 18yuan /kilos , painted quite smooth. Other factory most use 12 yuan /kilos.
