Q1: Where is your Factory? How can I visit your company?
A1: Our factory is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.
Q2: Can I get some Samples? Are your samples free or need cost?
A2: It can be free, but anyway we have to charge for the samples first, the sample charge can be returned after official order placed.
Q3: Could you please make OEM for us?
A3: Surely yes.OEM&ODM, any your customized alarm system we can help you to design and put into product
Q4: How long can I get your samples?
A4: For samples, it will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days after payment. The samples will be sent to you by express.
Q5: What's your Payment method supported?
A5: We accept T/T, Western Union, L/C etc.
Q6: Shipping & Express
A6: 1). If you have specified shipping agent, we will contact them and to deliver your goods.
