Every Brillante powered wheelchair, Scooter and Rollator, we offer the below guarantee:
Warranty Valid:
1. The main frame warranty is three years.
2. Motor/battery/controller joystick is one year guaranteed.
3. The after sales service card is valid from stamped date.
In the warranty period, the customer in accordance with the instructions under the condition of normal use, if there are any parts or components damage, after our engineers diagnosis, we will delivery the replace parts to your home by DHL or UPS, and provide the online replace installation guide.

1. Any malfunction caused by improper use, man-made destruction.
