The hydraulic system of the aircraft passenger boarding ladder is composed of an oil tank, an oil filter, a stop valve, an oil pump, a hand pump, a one-way valve, an electromagnetic directional valve, a bidirectional hydraulic control valve, a lifting cylinder, a fine-tuning cylinder, front and rear support foot cylinders, platform extension and retraction cylinders, and unlocking cylinders, as well as pressure gauges, oil pipes, and pipeline accessories.
The oil pump is a medium-high pressure gear pump, driven directly by the output shaft of the power take-off device, and supplies pressure oil to the hydraulic system. On the inlet and outlet oil paths of the lifting cylinder and support foot cylinder, bidirectional hydraulic control valves are installed, which can lock the piston rods of the cylinders at any position.
This vehicle is equipped with an electric emergency pump. When the entire vehicle is powered, the electric emergency pump can be used to complete all hydraulic actions, such as emergency retraction of the platform, lowering of the ladder body, and retraction of the support feet, etc.
When the engine or oil pump fails, and the manual pump is used for emergency retraction of the support feet, open the emergency valve and manually operate the hand pump. It is prohibited to use it normally and is in a closed state during emergencies.
Except for the fine-tuning cylinder and the unlocking small cylinder, which are single-piston rod single-acting hydraulic cylinders, the rest are single-piston rod double-acting hydraulic cylinders. The upper end of the unlocking cylinder is equipped with a spring, and when it resets, it relies on the spring's elasticity to reset.
The rated pressure of the hydraulic system is 10 Mpa. The pressure gauge installed on the oil pipe can directly reflect and observe the rated pressure of the hydraulic system. It has been calibrated before leaving the factory, and generally, it is not allowed to adjust randomly during use.
