The feud between White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson and Yankees third baseman Josh Donaldson resumed Saturday at Yankee Stadium. The players engaged in multiple tense exchanges during the game.
Donaldson said something during those encounters that cro sed a line in the minds of Anderson and his team.

"He made the comment and it was disrespectful," Anderson said. "I don't think it was called for, it was unnece sary."

The pair also got into a dustup last week in Chicago after Anderson slid back into third base on a pickoff attempt. Donaldson tried to push Anderson off the bag, prompting Anderson to shove Donaldson. The two had to be separated.

FOX Sports: MLB (@MLBONFOX) Donaldson said (per Lindsey Adler of The Athletic) that he would be receptive to speaking with Anderson about what happened Saturday.
